• What types of credit cards do you accept?    -    We take Visa, Amex, Mastercard and Discover
   
• What happens if the passes are closed?    -   Always check the pass reports before heading to Leavenworth. The passes close frequently, and it is better to plan ahead! If BOTH passes are closed for 24 hours, please call and we can discuss options. 
   
• Do you allow pets?    -    We do have one property that allows dogs, JR's Riverfront Retreat, for a $75 pet fee. 
   
• What time is check-in & check-out?   -   Check in is 4pm and Check-out is no later than 11am on your date of departure, unless you have made prior arrangements.
